join Us To Meditate
When: The second Wednesday of every month at 6:45pm
Time Commitment: 30-60 minutes
What: You know that thing you've been thinking about since your doctor told you to try it to lower your blood pressure, lower stress, improve sleep, help focus, and overall make life seem easier? Time to stop thinking about it and join the meditation club. In these 30-60 minute sessions, we have the opportunity to discuss tactics, our current meditation practice, and meditate together through guided meditation. Completely appropriate for both beginners and seasoned meditators, and people of all physical abilities.

Cost: Beginning in November 2024, there is no cost for Meditation Club and is offered as a seva class to our community.
