Rules
- There really aren't any rules. No strings. No obligation.
- Everyone is welcome, whether you come to our yoga classes or not.
- You don't have to read the book to come to the meeting; we bet you'll find something to add to the discussion. Just bring your good vibes.
- You don't have to have liked the book; I'm hoping that not everybody does so we can really have an interesting discussion.
- Okay there's one rule: we're friends here. be respectful and welcoming to everyone and their points of view. duh. Kind is literally in the name of the studio. :)
- We generally will sit on the floor in a circle, using the yoga props to get comfortable. If you have additional props that would help, or what to be near a wall, go ahead and bring them or let us know!
- Light snacks and tea will be provided.
- There is no cost.
- Book selections are available to borrow in the free little yoga library in studio.
